Let's get one thing straight - this is not your traditional Pilates. Carrie's method combines elements Pilates, cardio, and weight training into one extremely effective workout.

High intensity but low impact, our forty five minute classes are programmed with muscle exhaustion and cardio elements in mind. With an emphasis on slow, controlled movements combined with fast transitions, our classes will leave you shaking and sweating but coming back for more.
